Kann mir jemand mehr Informationen zu IMA 13-C und die Umbenennungen zukommen lassen?

Das Memorandum datiert vom 15. Januar, im Newsletter 20 steht "approved in March 2014". Gab es vielleicht noch eine revidierte Version oder eine zweite Abstimmung? Einen so groben Fehler im Newsletter kann ich mir nicht vorstellen.
