hab ein paar interessante Aspekte gefunden.
... Cerussit:Anregung unter UV KW 248 nm (UVC) Pb
2+ wird kurzwellig angeregt (um 5eV, also um 248 nm, d.h. UV KW) und leuchtet dann um 2.75 eV also rund 450 nm (1a,b).
Dazu gibt es eine Bande im UV, die mit 310 nm angegeben wird (2,3).
Da die breite Emission bei 450 nm einen weiten (aber deutlich niedrigeren) Ausläufer bis oberhalb von 650 nm hat, entspricht der gesamte Farbeindruck dann einem leicht grünlichen Gelbton (1a,b).
Diese Anregung entspricht einer Anregung der Matrix. Weil das Leuchtzentrum Pb
2+ Bestandteil der Matrix (des Gitters) ist und kein Fremdeintrag, so kann dies als
intrisische Lumineszenz von Cerussit: Anregung UV KW - Emission grünlich-gelbweiss betrachtet werden (1a). Sie tritt auch in synthtischen Cerussit ("Bleiweiss") auf (1a).
Cerussit kann so auch als Szintillator d.h. als Konverter für hochenergetische Strahlung in (sichtbares) Licht genutzt werden (4,5).
Im übrigen existiert dieser Mechanismus auch für Hydrocerussit, wobei dort die Pb
2+-Emission dann bei rund 600 nm (orangerot) auftritt (1a).
Anregung unter UV LW 365 nmHier wird nicht das Pb
2+ Ion als Emitter gehandelt, sondern Defektzentren. Die zugehörige Emission hat ihr Maximum bei 530 nm und erstreckt sich breit und relativ intensiv bis weit über 650 nm (1a). Im visuellen Gesamteindruck entspricht dies gelb.
