Dear gentle(wo)men,

We are researching a historically significant mineral specimen with quite a provenance.

Right now we are "down to" the so far oldest owner, the
German mineral dealer Bernard Stürtz (1845-1928)
see for more info:  http://75.103.110.205/labels.asp?colid=544&page=1

According to the above webpage, he issued at least 14 catalogs. The ones that are of interest to us are #12, #13 and #14, with #13 being the most important to us.

If anyone has (access to) a copy of these catalogs, or if anyone knows where we can find these catalogs, please let us know.
Thank you!
Cheers, Herwig Pelckmans & Alex Venzke (YMC)

The original name of his catalog was: Catalog vorräthiger Mineralien, Gebirgsarten, Petrefacten, Modelle, Apparate und Präparate.
Published in Bonn.

Possibly you can write to Krantz, who bought Stürtz business, for help.

Kind regards
Helmut
