Abbreviation “SH” ??

I want to visit a locality in Tessin and there is a description that it is “auf 1500 m SH”.

What does the “SH” abbreviation mean?

SH means see-level. 1500 m SH means 1500 about see-level.

SH = Seehöhe (German) = sea-level (English)

Meereshöhe means the same thing.
