Sorry - only images on Mineralienatlas please ... otherwise we cannot guarantee that the pictures are always available

Hallo,

ist vielleicht Geschmackssache, aber mich persönlich überzeugen die Fotos und Berichte oder Kommentare, die hier im Atlas von verschiedenen Autoren gezeigt wurden, mehr.
Auch, oder vielleicht gerade weil es weniger, qualitativ aber meist bessere Bilder sind.

Ja, der gute Jolyon scheint mit einem 5 Jahre alten Smartphone losgezogen zu sein.

Im englischsprachigen Raum haben die Bilder gern mehr mit den Menschen als mit Mineralen zu tun. Hauptsache das who is who der Premiumhändler wird durchgejagt... Sowas ist was für Facebook. Bei dem Mindatlink geht das hingegen.
Z.B. diese Tucsonberichte sind teilweise aber richtig schlimm.

Ich finde die Beschränkung auf das Wesentliche - die Mineralstufen und ggf. Kuriositäten - auch viel besser.

Jan, zu einem guten werbebanner auf der Main Page gehören eben auch die Gesichter in nem Report ;)

Naja, dazu gibt es aber auch andere Ansichten. Frederics Bilder sind für mich ausgezeichnet!
Außerdem finde ich es gut, wenn möglichst viele Bilder gezeigt werden, da neben den Topstücken in der Ausstellung (die wohl fast jeder abgelichtet hat) dann bei den Händlern jeder etwas anderes auf dem Tisch liegen sieht.
