Daneben verfügt das Land über nachgewiesene Vorkommen von Platinmetallen, Niob, Nickel, Kupfer, Chrom, Mangan, Kalk, Sandstein, Gips, Ton, Braunkohle, Opal, Ölschiefer, Laterit, Eisenerz, Bentonit, Perlit, Kieselgur, Pottasche und Steinsalz. Erdöl- und Erdgasvorkommen werden unter anderem in Gambela und in Somali vermutet.
