Detailed Description

Die Fundstelle Stockerstollen ist eine kleine Bergwerkshalde auf der Südseite des Silberbergs bei Brixlegg. Die Anfahrt ist die gleiche wie zum Fuchsloch. Von dort führt die Strasse etwa 200-300 m steil bergab, dann kommt von links eine kleine Straße, der man etwa 100 m folgt, dann befindet man sich auf der Verebnung des sogenannten Stockerstollens.

Das ist für Brixlegg eigentlich die beste Erythrin- und Silberfundstelle. Allerdings ist die Stelle schon etwas abgesucht und leider wurden hier auch die Bäume untergraben, worauf die zwei Bauern (Heckenplaikner und Rendl in den Brunnerhöfen) am Fuße des Silberbergs, denen das Areal gehört, beschlossen haben hier auch Geld für die Sammelgenehmigung zu verlangen.

Fundmöglichkeiten sind zwar nicht mehr so gut wie früher, aber vor allem nach starkem Regen ist auch durch Auflesen oder natürlich durch Graben immer noch was zu finden.
