Geology

Im Bereich dieser FS sinken die geol. Formationen leicht unter die Molasse-Sedimente ab. Das Moldanubium als Grundgebirge trägt ebenso zum Gesteins-Bestand bei wie die aus Altkristallin, jungen Graniten und Diaphthoriten bestehenden Grundgebirge. Biotit-Gneise, Kalksilikatgesteine und Migmatite bilden mit den sie durchsetzenden Granitoiden aus den Nebengesteinen die sehr komplexe Paragenese.
