Exposure description

In die Okertalsperre mündet das Kalbetal. Auf dessen orographisch linker Seite münden in das Kalbetal das Obere und das Untere Renntal. Im oberen Bereich dieser Täler gab es früher Rennfeuerplätze, in denen das lokale Erz verhüttet wurde.
