Detailed description

Ursprünglich zu Ashicaulis gestellt, wird die Art von Bomfleur et al. (2014) jetzt Millerocaulis zugeordnet, und zwar der “Ashicaulis” group with moderate degree of stele perforation.
In trditioneller Sichtweise könnte man wohl auch von einer Untergattung Ashicaulis der Gattung Millerocaulis sprechen.
