Aegirinei

Aegirin ist das zweithäufigste Mineral neben Orthoklas. Die Kristalle werden bis 20x8 cm groß. Äußerst selten sind grüne, durchsichtige xx.

Astrophyllitei

Astrophyllit ist sehr schön in Narssarssuk und auch sehr häufig. Er bildet sehr dünne Nadeln oder linealförmige Täfelchen als dichte Aggregate. Inklusionen von Astrophyllit in anderen Mineralien sind auch beobachtet worden. Die Größe geht bis mehrere Zentimeter Länge. Die Farben sind braun, gelb, gelbbraun.
Die Kristalle sind in Drusen zu finden, die mit Feldspat und Aegirin gefüllt sind.

Alle Katapleit xx aus Grönland, abgesehen weniger einzelner Ausnahmen, sind von hexagonaler Form. Es sind tafelige Kristalle. Es gab jedoch mal cm-große XX von orthorhombischer Form. Diese heißen Katapleit-α und wurden seit ihrem Fund 1924 nie mehr so gesehen in Grönland.

Cordylit-(Ce) bildet meist kleine Kristalle unter 1mm, selten bis 3mm. Sie sind hexagonal mit Prismen-, Pyramiden- und Basisflächen. Oft findet man da Kristalle, deren Prismenflächen nur unten vorkommen -ähnlich Quarz- und die Pyramide nach unten hin gequollen aussieht. Dadurch hat er auch seinen Namen ´Keule´ (gr.).

Elpidite (TL)i

Elpidit ist vergesellschaftet mit beinahe allen anderen Mineralien von Narssarssuk und hat hier Typlokalität. Selten sind gut entwickelte Kristalle zu finden. Große XX bis 10x02 cm sind häufig unvollkommen, verbogen oder zerbrochen, oder aber auch mit nadeligen Enden. Oftmals kommt Elpidit in faserigen, verworrenen Aggregaten vor. Die Farben sind grau, gelb, bräunlich-ocker.

Synchisit-(Ce) bildet kleine, längliche xx (1-2mm), welche an den Enden spitz zulaufen. Immer glänzt die Basis, andere Flächen nicht. Farben sind grau, braun, orange, gelborange.
Paragenese: Neptunit, Epididymit, Orthoklas, Aegirin, Albit, Fluorit, Kordylit-(Ce), Polylithionit, Elpidit und Astrophyllit.

Lange Zeit wurde Synchisit-(Ce) für Parisit-(Ce) gehalten. Daher trägt er auch seinen Namen, von griech. synchys ´Verwechslung´. Mischkristalle zwischen Synchisit-(Ce) und Röntgenit-(Ce) oder anderen [SE|Elemente#Seltenerdenmetalle]-Mineralien sind etwas besonderes.
