Der Bonai-Keonjhar Belt ist fast 50 km lang und 22 km breit.


Fe-Mn-Erze. Schiefer, Hornstein-Brekzien und Laterite. 10 - 15 % ist hochgradig (über 46 % Mn), 25 - 30 % ist mittelgradig (36 - 45 % Mn) und der Rest ist niedergradig ( unter 30 - 35 % Mn). Haupterz: Pyrolusit.
