Geology

Die Fundorte liegen größtenteils im Zentralgneis. Das Ahrntal verläuft etwa im Bereich der Grenze Zentralgneis - Obere Schieferhülle; die Untere Schieferhülle ist hier nur in Resten erhalten (Fruth: Mineralienfundstellen Südtirol)

Entrance Restrictions

Das Sammeln im Naturpark Riesenferner-Ahrn ist grundsätzlich verboten. Ferner bestehen noch Sammelverbote in Schönberg (Schwarzenbachtal) und Tristenspitze (Weißenbachtal/Lappach) Wie in ganz Südtirol gilt für die nicht gesperrten Gebiete : eine Sammelgenehmigung ist erforderlich. (geregelt durch LG 12. Mai 2010, Nr. 6.)
