Journey Description

Man verläßt die Autobahn A4 über die Ausfahrt Montechio und fährt die Hauptsr. Nr.246 nach Recoaro etwa 20km in Richtung Valdogno-Recoaro. Kurz hinter Cornedo Vocentino sieht man schon auf der rechten Talseite den Steinbruch. Sobald man bei km 18 Spagnano erreicht hat, biegt man nach links ab und überquert den Bach Agno. Man hält sich auf der Straße weiter bis auf die Höhe des Steinbruchs.

Geology

Basalt, Nummulitenkalk. Seltenes Mineral Xonotlit in schönen xx. Zeolite.
