Bergwerk. Sammelbezeichnung für 27 Bergwerke im O Shirakami-Gebirge.

Geology

Im 17.Jhd. als Silbermine, dann während des 18.Jhd. als Kupfer-Mine. Produzierte im 19.Jhd. Blei, Zink und Cadmium. Geschlossen 1979, dann im kleinen Maßstab Abbau in den 80er Jahren auf gebänderten Rhodochrosit zu Schmuckzwecken.
