Journey Description

Knapp 40 km N der Hauptstadt Oslo in Hadeland. In der Umgebung des Ortes gibt es verschiedene Fundstellen.

Geology

W Grua verläuft die Grenze saurer und basischer Nordmarkit-Tiefengesteine. Längs dieser Grenze sind die Sedimente vollständig umgewandelt worden in Magnetit, Hornfelse, Marmor. Erzlager in pneumatolytischen Kontaktmetamorphosen: die Umwandlung des Kalksteins in Kalk-Eisen-Silikate - in Andradit- oder Hedenbergit- (Epidot-Albit-Hedenbergit-)Fels.
