Detailed Description

Rund um die kleine Ortschaft Brenda in der Nähe von Quartzite finden sich Gänge, die interessante Achate und Jaspisse führen. Gesucht wird hier im besonderen nach schön ausgebildeten Plume-Achaten. Sie zeigen hier gelbliche und rote Töne, insbesondere ein kräftiges Ziegelrot.

Selten kommmen auch grünliche Töne vor. Auch stalaktitische Bildungen scheinen typisch zu sein. Bedingt durch die Nähe zu Quartzite werden diese Fundregionen allerdings während der Show gerne besucht und so hat die Menge der Funde über die Jahre deutlich abgenommen.
