Das bereits 1970 eingerichtete Museum zeigt neben einer rund 300 Exemplaren umfassenden ornithologischen Sammlung auch eine sehr sehenswerte und umfangreiche entomologische Sammlung (Insektensammlung). Die im Museum gezeigte Wanzensammlung gilt als eine der größten in Europa. Daneben befindet sich im Museum eine Mineraliensammlung, die einen Eindruck in den früheren Kupferabbau im Spessart gibt. |
