Die am Haiyang-Shan-Berg gelegene Mine wurde 2003 mit der nahgelegenen Yangshuo Mine unterirdisch verbunden. Während die Daoping Mine im Bezirk Gongcheng liegt, ist die Yangshuo-Grube Teil des Yangshuo-Bezirkes. Beide Gruben bauen denselben Erzkörper ab.
